Terms of Service
Please review the service terms for IT software development, cloud infrastructure, and digital marketing.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the IT services, software development, cloud DevOps, or digital marketing of Icelandic Western Cuisine LLC, or accessing our web platforms, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. IT Services & Master Agreements
Icelandic Western Cuisine LLC provides custom software engineering, cloud migration & DevOps, digital growth marketing, cybersecurity auditing, and enterprise AI automation. Project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and SLAs are governed by executed Statement of Work (SOW) documents and Master Services Agreements (MSA).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom software code, database schemas, and proprietary assets created specifically for clients under paid agreements are assigned to the client upon full payment.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
